Shipping and Refunds
Our shipping policy for all bottles of barbecue sauce is as follows:
Weight:
Each bottle weighs 1.90 lbs.
Shipping Time:
Since UPS delays are unforeseen and unplanned, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during this time period. If your deadline is critical during this time period, contact our customer service team to receive our shipping recommendations.
Cost:
Shipping is typically $8 for one bottle, but the final cost may vary depending on the destination and how many bottles you order.
Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Carrier:
We use USPS and UPS to ship our products.
Returns/Refunds:
Eligibility: "Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or consumed, or for reasons of personal taste or flavor preference."
For damaged food items, we require picture evidence of the damaged bottle in postal parcel to issue a refund.
Return Shipping Cost:
Damaged or Defective Products: Big Ace Barbecue will provide a prepaid return shipping label (Free return shipping).
Customer Change of Mind: Big Ace Barbecue will provide a prepaid return shipping label (Free return shipping).
Returns/Refunds:
Condition: Must be unopened. And the seal must be undamaged.
Initiating a Return: Reach out on the "Contact" page and send us a message, or email bigacebarbecue@gmail.com.
General Return Window:
We accept returns for non-damaged, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal intact.
Please note that these are estimates and the actual shipping cost may vary. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
